Client Context
NABTEB sought to strengthen its national relevance, improve enrolment in technical education, and reposition itself within Nigeria’s vocational and technical education ecosystem.

Our Approach
Christopher-Kings Advisory (CKA) conducted research and stakeholder engagement to identify systemic constraints affecting technical education participation and developed a transformation roadmap. Key activities included:
• Sector analysis of technical and vocational education in Nigeria
• Institutional performance review and stakeholder consultations
• Strategic planning and roadmap development
• Design of youth empowerment initiatives linked to technical education
